Join Patsy in the ancient Chinese martial art of slow movement. Tai Chi helps strengthen your muscles and helps with joint stiffness. Concentrating and focusing on the movements and rhythms of this exercise are great for relaxation and also mindfulness. Drop in - no pre-booking is necessary.
