Introduction to Open Water Swimming (Free Event)

Have you ever wanted to try open water swimming or have you heard of cold water therapy? This is your chance to give it a try. Join the Barcraigs Open Water Swimmers for a chance to try open water swimming. Open to all everybody. Meeting place - Lochwinnoch Community Annexe and car share to the reservoir. There will be a safety meeting before joining in for a wild swim at Barcraigs Reservoir. Please pre-book your space for this event so transport can be organised in advance. This event is offered free. Children are welcome but each child would need to be accompanied by a participating adult. Please ensure you book children's places individually.
