Minuntion Cottages

The two cottages are ideally located for drivers, walkers and cyclists, exploring the Coig's route around South Ayrshire.
Surrounded by a working sheep farm, woodlands, hill lochs and stunning views all just short walk away, this is a place to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Stinchar Valley. Fishing and stalking are both available during the season.
It is also a perfect place to enjoy easy access to the coastline and hills of South Ayrshire and Galloway, recently designated as a UNESCO Biosphere. The Galloway Forest Park (popular with walkers and cyclists and the UK’s first Dark Sky Park) is nearby as are several excellent golf courses. Historic sites such as Culzean Castle, Castle Kennedy Gardens and the Robert Burns Birthplace Centre are popular with many visitors throughout the year.

Pinclanty Mill, has been sympathetically and thoughtfully restored retaining the cottage's original character and charm with modern additions such as an open plan kitchen/sitting room and three bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The cottage sleeps 6 and is very well suited for a family holiday with a separate snug, large utility room and enclosed garden.

The Bothy is a brand new Scandinavian inspired house that sleeps 2. It is spacious, bright and incredibly comfortable with a modern kitchen, super king size bed and two bathrooms. Its large glass windows allow uninterrupted views of the River Stinchar from the upstairs sitting room.

Both cottages have underfloor heating, wood burning stoves and large utility rooms. A travel cot, highchair and children’s toys can all be provided.
